In setting up the right legal and financial structure, we had to incorporate three companies in three different countries: the US, the Netherlands, and Georgia. It was quite an experience to understand the best legal forms in each of those countries, learn how to incorporate remotely, and figure out how to open bank accounts without being there in person. Since then, we've helped a number of other partner startups do similar things. I would like to document this process and turn it into an article which could serve as a useful resource for the future.
